DC Direct’s Justice Society of America (2000-2001) series is the first of three iterations of the Justice Society of America released by DC Direct; the second being the JSA series released in 2007, and the third being the Justice Society of America (Alex Ross) series that was released between 2009 to 2010.
Like most DC Direct figures released in the late 90s / early 2000s, some of these figures were either reused from previous releases (such as the Sandman (The Golden Age) figure, which is the variant version of the Sandman (The Golden Age) figure that was released in 1999), or will be reused in future series (such as the Green Lantern (The Golden Age) figure, which will be re-packaged and released in 2002 under the Green Lantern Corps series.
